Tom’s whacky side project. A tough and useful kitchen tool. Made with a heavy stainless steel handle, a thin and flexible spring steel blade, and solid aluminum rivets. The blade’s thinness and flexibility makes it amazing for fried eggs, pancakes, smash burgers… anything that might otherwise stick to the pan.

Due to its alloy, the blade will patina and continue to darken over time. A roughly made object, hand-formed and hand-riveted in a garage - don’t expect a fancy finish on these!

Please note: these spatulas will scratch the heck out of Teflon and other coated pans. Only suitable for use on cookware made of carbon steel, cast iron, solid aluminum, etc.
